AcqPath supplies a timestamped diagnostic report of declarations it was able to observe within a bounded technical profile. A report is not the underlying license, a warranty of ownership, legal advice, or a guarantee of lawful use. UNKNOWN never authorizes use.

Pricing and payment

The quote states the exact price in micro-USDC, network, recipient, expiry and decision class before purchase. A fee purchases the prepared report. Provider-route fees purchase a plan only; upstream acquisition is separate. Quote requests can be declined without charge. Testnet tokens and self-tests are not commercial revenue.

Delivery and retry

Keep the private claim token and the client checkpoint. An already settled report can be retrieved without a second settlement during the configured retention period. After an ambiguous settlement, reuse the stored authorization or request reconciliation. Do not sign a new payment for the same operation.

Failures and refunds

Report delivery issues using the claim-authenticated refund endpoint or the operator’s support address with the public quote ID and transaction hash. Never send a seed, private key, signature, claim or API token to support. A ledger request is not confirmation that money has been refunded; the operator reviews it and reconciles any transfer. No term here removes non-waivable legal rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use AcqPath to probe private infrastructure, bypass paywalls or robots restrictions, harvest credentials, or treat third-party page content as instructions for your agent. Only explicitly covered origins are fetched. You remain responsible for your wallet limits and intended downstream use.

Scope and changes

Coverage, price, freshness and supported profiles are versioned. An old report describes the observations at its recorded timestamp, not perpetual permission. Material contract or key changes require a new reviewed release.
